Questions and Answers


How do the shoes run?
- Always go up at least a half size for boots.
- All shoes are regularly sized, we do not carry wide nor narrow alternatives.


What if they do not fit?
Please do not order if there is any debate as to what size you need. Instead of ordering via this website, go to one of the stores that carry our brand (our retailers). Due to our small size, we are unable to make exchanges or refund money at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


When will I receive my order?
- All shoes will be shipped within 24 hours UNLESS backordered. In such case, you will be sent an email telling you when to expect them. The shoes will then be shipped within a 24 hour period of their US arrival.
- All shoes are shipped via FEDEX.


How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For all other orders, please contact us at info@ashleydearborn.com.


I want to send shoes as a gift... Will you make them look pretty?
Yes, we will. We also write personalized cards.
There are minor fees associated with this service. You will see them when checking out of the shopping process.

Is my information safe?
Yes, we would never, ever give away your personal info to telemarketers. Your credit card number is transmitted directly to the bank and is not stored with us at all. You are our customer and we will never betray you.

What do I need to shop in the store?
All you need is a computer, a web browser and a hunger for shoes. Note: This site is built using JavaScript. JavaScript1.1 is supported by: Netscape 3.0 and above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, AOL 4.0 and above, and Opera 3.50 and above.

If you have one of the browsers listed above, and the site does not work, make sure JavaScript is turned on:
      In Netscape 3:
from the "options" pulldown menu, select "network preferences" then "languages" and make sure "enable javascript" is checked.

      In America Online:
click on "members," click on "preferences," click on "WWW," click the tab that says "security" and make sure "javascript" is checked.
      In Opera 3.50:
from "preferences | multimedia," make sure there is a check in the box beside "enable scripting languages."
